چکیده

For constant monitoring of rotor slot in induction motor, average variation (ARSV) prediction is proposed. The slots expand due to thermal stress and high intensity magnetic flux. flux with created lamination sheet, because stretching curving surface exhibits over current which turn generates heat transfers the into surface. stress-based size never monitored or measured before. In proposed ARSV method, multimodal sensor signals such as Giant magnetoresistance, temperature, current, vibration voltage acquire temperature rotor. acquired are analyzed through polynomial chirplet transform obtain energy band values signal. microscopic camera image-based used for prediction. computed using regression (PR) method. From experimental results, it observed that greater than 5% from normal leads extreme damage motor vibration, sparking harmonics. accuracy about 94.6% when compared manual measurement Moreover, avoids major faults, namely eccentricity, overload, under voltage, unbalance induced slot, crack burn.
